Starter plan tickets are answered within 48 hours. Pro plan within 24 hours. Agency plan within 4 hours during business hours (Australian Eastern Time). Urgent issues flagged in the subject line are triaged first.
Almost every OAuth failure comes down to insufficient account permissions. Make sure the account you're using to connect has admin or read-only access to the ad account. If you're still stuck, paste the exact error message into the chat above and our team will take a look.
Go to Settings → Tracking Pixel in your Briezo dashboard. If the status is "Not installed", reinstall by clicking Reinstall. If status is "Installed" but event count is 0, check that your theme isn't blocking Shopify Web Pixels — this can happen with custom themes that override the checkout flow.
Uninstalling Briezo from Shopify automatically triggers deletion of all associated data within 48 hours via Shopify's redact webhooks. If you want to delete your Briezo account entirely (including billing history and account metadata), email hello@briezo.com from the account email and we'll complete deletion within 30 days.
Agency plan subscribers get a scheduled onboarding call and priority Zoom access. Starter and Pro support is handled via chat and email, which lets us resolve issues faster than scheduling calls.
For billing issues, include your store domain and the email on your Briezo account. We can process refunds, switch billing providers between Stripe and Shopify Billing, and resolve any double-charge issues directly.
